Developing: E-Newsletters

One of the most widely used forms of consumer communication is e-mail. Today, many clubs use this channel to stay in touch with members. Clubs such as AAA Carolinas were pacesetters in this initiative. Every month their members receive a newsletter focusing on different events and specials. Auto Club South has used a two-prong approach to their member communications through the use of the same design and message to print newsletters and e-Mail newsletters.

AAA MidAtlantic has taken the Motorsports eNewsletter to the next level and used it as a member communications tool that is sure to appeal to most everyone.
